Do you have teenagers? I do, two of them, both girls. My older girl is into basketball, art, photography. And she likes skulls. Not the pirate kind. I’ve had some fabric for a while and am supposed to make her some curtains, I just haven’t been motivated enough to get it done. I did however get on the ball and made her a picture frame.
I started with an inexpensive wooden frame
I used Modge Podge to adhere the fabric to the frame
When dry I cut an “x” in the photo area and folded the fabric back and secured.
I then cut the corners and folded over the fabric and secured.
Here’s the result
She was kind of surprised that I was able to make this, now if I'd just get going on those curtains!

ReplyDeleteGreat tip about the "x" in the middle. I would've never thought of that, and then wondered why my frame turned out crappy - lol.
